1HP Molten Metal Pump

Introducing the 1HP WEMPump: the little brother of our original Centrifugal Pump for molten metals. The 1HP model is an efficient and powerful workhorse for smaller operations and tight spaces.
Designed for quick and safe emptying of galvanizing pots, melting and holding furnaces, it ensures efficient transfer of molten metal to containers, molds, or auxiliary settings. Built to withstand harsh environments, our rugged pump delivers reliable performance.
By adjusting a valve, the operator can remotely throttle the pump speed for precise metal delivery. In emergencies, a single operator can safely handle the pump, managing pan failure during shutdown periods.
Conveniently hung from a crane or chain hoist, the pump enables continuous filling of containers or molds by pivoting the discharge pipe. Ordinary 50-gallon oil drums are excellent containers, and the self-draining pump eliminates the need for cleaning.
